Acceptance of Terms

By creating a NaviAI account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by Greek law.

Disputes resolved in Athens courts.

The Service

NaviAI provides AI-powered maritime intelligence tools including: vessel and cargo management, AI rate estimation, market data, automated matching, and AI-assisted outreach.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of rate estimates or market predictions.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are monthly, billed automatically
• 14-day free trial — no credit card required for trial
• After trial: charged automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use NaviAI to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape or copy NaviAI data for competing services
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Use the platform for sanctions evasion

Your Data

• You own all data you enter into NaviAI
• You grant NaviAI license to process it to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your vessels, cargoes, or fixtures
• You can export or delete your data at any time

AI Recommendations

NaviAI's AI features (rate estimates, matches, market analysis) are advisory only. They do not constitute financial or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for all commercial decisions made using NaviAI data. NaviAI is not liable for any fixture, trade, or financial decision made based on our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

NaviAI's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Missed fixtures or commercial opportunities
• Decisions made based on AI recommendations
• Service downtime or data loss

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from settings.

On termination: access ends immediately, data deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email.

Continued use after notice = acceptance of new Terms.
